1. No “Change of Mind” Returns
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as personal preference, changing your mind, or disliking the item.
- Each piece is triple-checked by our staff for accurate descriptions, quality, and condition before it leaves our hands.
2. Custom-Made & Personalized Items
- Final Sale: Any custom-made or personalized jewelry is final sale, unless there has been an error on our part.
- If we have made a mistake (e.g., incorrect design specifications), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Return
You may be eligible for a refund or return only if:
- Incorrect Item Description: The product you receive differs significantly from its online listing or specifications.
- Damaged on Arrival: The item arrives broken or visibly damaged in transit. Please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Important: We expect you to notify us as soon as possible if there is an issue. Claims made after 7 days may not be honored.
4. Return Process & Restocking Fee

- Obtain an RMA: We will review your case and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
- Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided in your RMA approval, including packaging requirements and shipping details.
- Inspection & Refund:
- All approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Condition Requirements & Tampering
- Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with any packaging, certificates, or accessories included.
- Gemstone Verification: We thoroughly test all gemstones and diamonds before shipping and maintain documentation of each piece’s authenticity. Upon return, we will retest to confirm that the returned item matches our records.
- Tampering & Fraud: If the item is found to be altered, tampered with, or replaced, a full refund will not be granted, and we may pursue legal action to address fraudulent claims.
6. Shipping Costs
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are not refunded, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we shipped the wrong item. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the return fees.
7. Fraud Prevention & Legal Action
We maintain detailed records of each item’s condition and thorough photographic documentation to safeguard against fraud. Any attempts to:
- Provide false claims of damage or misrepresentation, or
- Return a different or tampered item
will be investigated, and fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
